Our Sauna is a private session, time for you to relax, stretch and breathe. You are welcome to bring along a friend to share the experience, at no extra cost, if you choose to. Enjoy, however you choose to Sauna!
Please bring x2 towels and a drink bottle. To gain entry to the Sauna you MUST have x2 towels. You are welcome to wear bathers or briefs during your session.
At your appointment time, you are welcome to head straight into the Sauna room.
If you are new to our Sauna, Stacey will run you through how to use the sauna either prior to or at your session.
